My TV is frozen, cutting in and out, the sound isn’t working, has a streaming error, is stuck on the Swift TV logo

Please try unplugging the tv box and plugging it back in again, the power cable is the round one on the left-hand side when facing the tv box, check to make sure the cables on the back of the tv box are plugged in securely on both ends.

Check the Swift Status page to ensure there is not maintenance or possible congestion in your area.
